The green bridge story is a studio-based D2C brand, not a walk-in nursery. All orders are placed via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or the contact form on this page. We assemble every order by hand in our studio in Coimbatore before delivery.
For bulk return gifts and corporate orders, the minimum quantity is typically 25 units. However, we're flexible — reach out and we'll find the right arrangement for your needs. Special pricing applies for 25+ unit orders.
For large events (100+ pieces), we recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks in advance. For smaller orders (under 50 pieces), 1–2 weeks is usually sufficient. The sooner you contact us, the better we can serve you — especially for weddings and corporate events.
Absolutely — customisation is at the heart of everything we do. From plant selection to pot colour, packaging theme, and ribbon details — we work with you to match your vision, event theme, or brand identity. Share your references via WhatsApp and we'll take it from there.
Our primary service areas are Coimbatore and Bengaluru. For select products (mainly succulents and smaller terrariums), we ship pan-India. Contact us to check availability and shipping charges for your specific location and order size.
We carefully select and inspect every plant before it leaves our studio. We also provide a detailed care guide with every order. If a plant arrives damaged or shows significant issues within 48 hours of delivery, reach out to us via WhatsApp with a photo and we'll find a resolution together.
